Senior Management Team
Jackie McNeill began her career in marketing within the private sector before moving to health and social care, where she has worked for over 20 years. On moving into the public sector she initially supported people through the HSC complaints process and with the inception of the Patient and Client Council in 2009 she undertook a new role to encourage people to get more involved in health and social care decisions. Jackie was the successful runner up for the Institute of Health Care Awards as Developing Manager in 2012.
In 2014, she became the Involvement Services Programme Manager for the PCC, looking after 3 core programmes namely, personal and public involvement activity, the PCC Membership Scheme and the Bamford Monitoring Group (representing local and regional views of patients and carers of people with a learning disability and a mental illness). Jackie has recently taken up post as the Head of Development and Corporate Services and looks forward to creating impact in a time of great transformational change in Health and Social Care.
